Brisket Grilled Cheese


  • 2 slices Texas Toast
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • All-purpose rub
  • 2 ounces blended cheese — shredded
  • 4 ounces 58 Junction chopped brisket

Heat griddle to medium heat. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of Texas Toast. Place toast on the griddle and season the uncooked side with all-purpose rub. Lightly toast, then flip bread until both sides are slightly toasted. Sprinkle both open faces of toast with shredded cheese. Add chopped brisket to one piece of toast. Allow cheese to slightly melt. Top with the other slice of toast, cheese side to brisket. Enjoy.
